I've always said that buying or selling a house is easy but keeping it all together and get it to closing is the hard part. The time between the acceptance of both parties and the day that the title changes hands is where all the work is and that is what the good agents get paid for. Talking with the mortgage company, the title companies, the appraisers, the inspectors, the maintenance folks and a host of others and getting committments to get the jobs done and completed in a timely manner, is what it is all about. And the most important part is keeping the seller and the buyer in the loop and to effectively communicate with them constantly to keep them totally aware of what is happening. Not knowing what is going on creates major problems for both sides. Give us a call, we know what we are doing.
