LOU KAUFMANN – PRINCIPAL BROKER
Lou Kaufmann began his real estate career in
El Paso,
Texas in 1976 and opened his own company, Kuafmann Realty in 1978. His involvement with Meca Homes in the early 90's helped to develop the company as one of the leaders in the
El Paso home building industry. Lou sold or caused to be sold over 400 new homes in a five-year period. In 1990 Lou expanded his real estate business to include
Las Cruces,
New Mexico and eventually opened Enchanted Land Real Estate, selling many residential and commercial properties in the area.
In 2002 Lou received an offer to move to
Las Vegas,
Nevada where he became the Training Director for a large successful real estate company. When he was offered the position of Broker for Cooper Homes Realty in
Bella Vista,
Arkansas he was excited about the beauty and opportunity of the area.
In 2004, Lou opened his own real estate company in Bella Vista. Kaufmann Realty is best described by the firm's motto, "Set Apart by Excellence." The care of our customers and their satisfaction is the most important element of our business and one we take very seriously.
Lou is proud of his involvement with the U.S. Jaycees and of his achievements in that organization. He is not only the Former State President of the Nevada Jaycees, he is a former Vice President of the U.S. Jaycees. He was nominated as an Outstanding Young Man in 1967. He served as Chairman of the Nevada Fitness Program, named by Governor Paul Laxalt. Lou is the former President of the El Paso Kiwanis Club, the Las Cruces Cancer Association and as a licensed pilot, President of the El Paso Aviation Association. Lou was also a Director of the Las Cruces Real Estate Association and a Director of the Las Cruces MLS Board. He has an honorable discharge from both the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Air Force and attended
Monmouth
University in
Long Branch,
New Jersey.
