I am one of the most experienced and knowledgeable real estate agents in the nation. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas. I am an associate realtor and member of the Bentonville/Bella Vista Board of Realtors, the Arkansas State Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
I am retired from my own Retail Awards Business in Texas where I established four operating stores after spending 15 years in the corporate world. My in-depth training includes special real estate courses such as Real Estate Practice, Economics, Financing, Legal aspects, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Exchanges, Taxation and Creative Financing.
While in business, I also served on numerous civic and developmental organizations. For 6 years I was on the Executive Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau, serving 18 counties in south central and eastern Texas, and had the privilege of being chosen as President for one of those years. Being a businessman in what was once a run-down city, I played an integral part in the revitalization effort by serving as both Vice-president and President of the City of Bryan Economic Development Foundation, which was charged with restoring the economic vitality of that city.
I also had the privilege of serving my country in the United State Army Security Agency, receiving an honorable discharge in 1972.
